Terms of Service

1. Services

AgentKick provides AI integration services delivered through fixed-scope sprint packages. Each engagement is governed by a scope document that defines specific deliverables, timelines, and exclusions.

2. Scope and Deliverables

All work is performed according to the signed scope document. Changes to scope after sprint kickoff are handled through our change request process and may incur additional fees.

3. Payment

Sprint packages require full payment before work begins. Monthly support plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, configurations, and prompts created specifically for your project. We retain the right to reuse general patterns, techniques, and non-client-specific components.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, credentials, and business information as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., API calls to AI model providers).

6. Warranty and Bug Fixes

Each sprint package includes a post-delivery bug fix window (duration specified in your scope document). Bugs are defined as deviations from the agreed scope. Feature requests and enhancements are not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Monthly Support Plans

Support plans include the specific limits described in your plan tier. Unused allowances do not roll over between billing periods. Plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
